Gourmet Traveller and est. restaurant in Sydney teamed up to celebrate some of Australia’s best new chefs last month. Brash Higgins was honoured to be included, as our SM/R was matched with a course in the “Generation Next” menu. Most importantly, the dinner helped in the fight against ovarian cancer. BH
