2024 Chenin Blanc-crisp and salty, preseved lemons and apples, honey and straw. Great oceanic wines, from the beach sands of Blewitt Springs.

2024 NYMPH rosé- a dry, elegant, red ruited rendition of Mataro and Carignan; pressed off quickly and co-fermented for crisp, blood orange refreshment.

2023 Nero d’Avola, made in amphora from our Organic Omensetter Vnyd. Same juicy campari vibes, great for a chill in the Summer heat. Berries abound and a touch earthy and wild.

2023 FRNC Cabernet Franc-perfumed to the hilt, all the smells of a Mexcian bodega, med bodied, pretty style, great for Mexican lunches and braised lamb shoulder. Handles cooler temps.

2024 CINS Cinsault-move over Gamay and Grenache, this is nibs. Med bodied style, cherry and cocoa, nice herbal twist. Always serve on the cool side.
