2025 Chenin Blanc-crisp and salty, preseved lemons and apples, honey and straw. Great oceanic wines, from the beach sands of Blewitt Springs.

2026 NYMPH rosé- Grenache/Carignan/Mataro- this is a dry, floral, gingery, red fruited rendition, thinking nectarine and strawberry; pressed off quickly and co-fermented wild for crisp, blood orange refreshment.

2024 CINS Cinsault-move over Gamay and Grenache, this is nibs. Cinsault is med bodied style, cherry and cocoa, sun dried tomato, white pepper, pomegranate and hibiscus. 12% abv. Serve on the cool side.

2026 RIPPLE-Nero d’Avola’Shiraz like youve never seen them. From our Organic Omensetter Vnyd. Juicy raspberry and summer fruit vibes, great for a chill in the Summer heat. Berries abound and a touch minty and wild.

2024 GRN -Greanche from Blewitt Springs-perfumed to the hilt, all the whiffs of a med bodied, pretty style, raided off the sands. Great for Mexican lunches and braised lamb shoulder. Handles cooler temps.
