Brash Higgins 2026 ‘NYMPH’ Rosé

LA-13210 NYMPH NV F

NYMPH is a dry, coppery blend of Grenache, Carignan and Mataro (40-30-30) from vines on the neighbouring Lennon Vineyard. Hand picked, all the fruit was pressed together whole cluster slowly back at Geyer wines overnight, then fermented wild in a stainless tank for high aromatics and vibrancy. A dry, balanced style of wine; one that’s well suited chilled for  poolside consumption or with serious seafood cuisine.

The painting on the 2026 Nymph label is called “Obsidian Reverie” by Sydney based artist Martine Emdur. Her engrossing, luminous, underwater work can be found all over, but she is based in Bondi Beach, Sydney.

‘Touch misty, opalescent copper in appearance. The wine is exudes ginger, red apple, nectarine, hibiscus-tea, cinnamon apple. Fresh notes of refreshing Braeburn apples and stone fruits flow onto the palate with texture; a snappy finish pulls the wine together on the close.’ – Brad Hickey, Vinitor, August 15, 2026.
